This easy care evergreen perennial doesn’t require much. Will grow in shade to part sun and produces dainty white flowers in the spring. Forms a dense mat of sleek, dark green leaves. Tolerates dry shade once plants are established. Stems root into the ground easily. Grows to a height of 4-6 inches and 1.5-2.5 feet wide. Deer and rabbit resistant and drought tolerant, once established. Plant in well-draining soil. Also known as periwinkle, a small leaved trailing ground cover for shady areas. As the stem grows, it will root at the nodes and continue trailing. Vince Minor ‘Bowles’ produces attractive lavender blue flowers in Spring and some additional blooms in Summer. It can grow in areas with heavy tree roots due to its drought tolerance.

Plant 6″ apart without removing the peat pot as roots will grow right through the pot.
