Wholesale & Contractor

Wholesale pricing is available to licensed businesses related to landscaping, gardening, and general contracting. All applications for wholesale pricing must be submitted through the wholesale application page. It may take a few days for your application to be approved so please plan ahead. 

All wholesale purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at wholesale price. 

There is no warranty or guarantee on any plants purchased at wholesale price. Please make your customers aware that any replacement guarantee is with you, the contractor, and not Cross Creek Nursery. 

Availability and prices are subject to change. We do not apply a standard discount across product categories and cannot provide a wholesale price sheet. To learn our wholesale prices, please fill out our Wholesale Quote Request form or call during business hours.

Contractors MUST present their receipt at time of pickup. Paper receipts or digital copies sent via email are fine. Presenting your receipt helps us locate your plants and load your vehicle quickly and efficiently. When you arrive to pick up plants, please pull to the tree and shrub shack located inside the south entrance to the nursery. Present your receipt to the cashier and they will either bring your plants to you or direct you to where they can be picked up. 

Wholesale pricing is only available to contractors and authorized users on the wholesale account. The contractor MUST be present for all wholesale purchases or call to make the purchase over the phone. Customers, friends, and family members may not use the account to purchase products at wholesale prices. 

If you are a landscape contractor, grounds maintenance company, landscape designer, landscape architect or a municipality, you may purchase from Cross Creek Nursery at the wholesale level. To qualify, you must fill out this form and submit for approval. Thank you.  

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse “Contractor Status” to anyone purchasing plants for personal use. Wholesale purchases are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Trees & shrubs purchased at wholesale prices are not covered under our regular one year guarantee. Wholesale customers may not allow friends or customers to utilize their wholesale discount and the contractor themselves or an authorized user must make the purchase themselves.

We offer quotes at wholesale prices to licensed businesses registered for a wholesale account at Cross Creek Nursery. We do not offer wholesale quotes to retail customers or businesses who have not been registered for a wholesale account.

Pricing and plant availability is subject to change. Wholesale quote prices are guaranteed for two weeks from the date of the quote. Submitting a quote does not reserve plant material or any other products; to reserve your product, please call during business hours or visit the nursery to make a purchase.

Please be specific when requesting wholesale pricing. Providing specific cultivars, desired pot sizes, and quantity needed will help us efficiently create a quote for you.
