A wonderful houseplant that can get up to ceiling height at maturity.  The umbrella trees oval leaves have a sheen and are medium to dark green.  Place it in an area that has bright, indirect light but no direct sunlight.  Schefflera requires good potting soil with compost.  Mist and water weekly during the spring and summer months when it’s actively growing.  Not a fussy plant but does not like air temperature changes.
