Wholesale & Contractor
Cross Creek Nursery offers wholesale pricing to licensed businesses in the Richmond area, including landscapers, gardeners, and general contractors.
All wholesale applications must be submitted via our Wholesale Application for approval. Please plan ahead, as approval can take a few days.
Wholesale & Contractor Policy
Wholesale Purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, there is no warranty on plants purchased at wholesale prices. Replacement guarantees are the responsibility of the contractor, not Cross Creek Nursery. Availability and prices are subject to change, and we do not apply standard discounts across product categories. Wholesale & Contractor Pickup Procedures
Contractors must present their receipt at pickup (paper or digital copy) at the tree and shrub shack located inside the south entrance of our nursery. A cashier will assist with plant pickup.
Who Can Use Wholesale & Contractor Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available to contractors or authorized users only. The contractor must be present for all purchases or make the purchase over the phone. Friends, family, or customers cannot use your wholesale account.
Request to Become a Wholesale Contractor
If you’re a landscape contractor, grounds maintenance company, landscape designer, or municipality, apply for wholesale pricing by completing the Wholesale Application. We reserve the right to refuse wholesale status to anyone purchasing for personal use.
Wholesale Quote Requests
We provide wholesale quotes to registered contractors. Please note, wholesale quotes are valid for 2 weeks and do not reserve products. For immediate quotes or to reserve products, visit our nursery or call during business hours. Include specific plant cultivars, pot sizes, and quantities when requesting a quote.
