Soil that stays evenly moist but never waterlogged. The soil should hold some moisture while still allowing excess water to flow away quickly. Plants with this requirement grow best when the soil feels damp to the touch but not soggy and has good airflow through the roots.

Even with weather delays and unexpected challenges along the way, our team stayed focused and delivered a transformation we are incredibly proud of.

We removed existing fencing, opened up the space to highlight the lake view, and installed new plantings to keep the area feeling clean and inviting. The project included grading, sod installation, concrete work to define the pool area, and carefully placed pavers to create a polished, contemporary look.
