Cross Creek Nursery provides local delivery of plants, gardening supplies, and bulk products across the Richmond area. Delivery is scheduled over the phone after purchase, whether made in-store or online. Delivery fees are based on your zip code, and you can find the exact charges below. Wait times vary depending on the product and season, but most deliveries are made within 5-10 days.

    Installation Services

    Cross Creek Nursery installs tree or bush at guest's property

    At Cross Creek Nursery, we provide affordable, professional installation services for trees and shrubs purchased through one of our garden centers.

    Our installation fees include both delivery and expert planting, with premium soil amendments and an application of Espoma Bio-tone® Starter Plus fertilizer to encourage healthy root development. Every installation is protected by our one-year warranty, giving you peace of mind.

    Installation Pricing

    • Minimum Installation Fee: $75.00
    • Container-Grown Trees & Shrubs: Installation is 75% of the retail price of each plant.
    • B&B (Balled and Burlapped) Trees & Shrubs: Installation is 100% of the retail price of each plant.

    Important Notes

    • Installation services do not include creating new garden beds or removing existing trees or shrubs.
    • For landscape design, bed creation, or removal services, please contact our Landscape Design & Build department at 804-378-0700 opt. 4.
    • Installation pricing applies only to trees and shrubs purchased directly from Cross Creek Nursery. This pricing does not apply to items purchased elsewhere or to full-service Landscape Design & Build installations.
