Holly 'Jim Dandy' Winterberry is a slow-growing compact native shrub with a rounded growth habit. This deciduous plant is a wonderful medium size addition to any landscape as a border, grouping or specimen planting.  Perfect for wet areas and erosion control.  Offered at Cross Creek Nursery in 3 gallon containers.

Bloom Time:  Flowers emerge in late spring.  White inconspicuous flowers.

Special Features:  Deer resistant. Tolerates clay soils and urban pollution.  One plant can pollenize up to 10 female shrubs.

Uses in the Landscape:  Screening, privacy, specimen planting or hedge.
