Dark red stems and branches make this a stunning winter interest plant.  Dark green leaves turn red or orange in Fall.  Grows best in full sun and well-drained soil. This dogwood is rapid-growing, multi-stemmed shrub. Deciduous.   Offered at Cross Creek Nursery in 3 gallon containers.

Care Tips:  Offer sun-part shade.  Prefers medium to wet soil. Pruning is not required, though one can remove 20-25% of the oldest stems in early spring of each year to stimulate growth of new stems which will display the best color.
