A low growing perennial that grows up to 2″ tall and 18″ wide.  Star shaped golden yellow flowers appear in early spring with continued blooming until the temperatures become too warm after which the leaves make a beautiful deep green ground cover.  Plant in full to part shade in well draining soil.  Great use for borders, rock gardens, ground cover.
