Landscape Design & Build Process
At Cross Creek Landscape Design & Build, we make your outdoor transformation simple, clear, and rewarding. Here’s what you can expect when you partner with us:

Initial Consultation
Your designer visits your property to understand your goals, evaluate the site, and gather measurements. We consider light, grade, and drainage to create a tailored plan. A $200 design fee covers a custom drawing and is fully credited toward your project if you choose to proceed with installation through Cross Creek’s Landscape Department.
2.
Custom Design & Planning
We collaborate with you to finalize your landscape design, selecting plants and materials suited to your space and style. Once approved, we prepare for installation—ordering materials and coordinating logistics.
3.
Installation
Your designer visits your property to understand your goals, evaluate the site, and gather measurements. We consider light, grade, and drainage to create a tailored plan. A $200 design fee covers a custom drawing and is fully credited toward your project if you choose to proceed with installation through Cross Creek’s Landscape Department.
4.
Optional Ongoing Care & Support Add-Ons
After installation, our Grounds Management Division offers plant care and turf management services. You can add one of our Grounds Management services to assist with general upkeep and keep your landscape looking its best. With a maintenance contract, you receive a one-year, one-time replacement warranty on Cross Creek-installed trees and shrubs.
