Can’t say enough about the quality of the work they did. It’s amazing how they were able to keep our grass intact as they drove heavy machinery over it in wet conditions. You would never know a muddy mess was in the street in front of our house when they finished. Attention to detail is their strength. This is the second project completed by Cross Creek for us. “The experience I had with Cross Creek Nursery was excellent from beginning to end. I have a new house and it lacked personality, especially in the back, so I worked with Ally Sheehan to design new beds and decide on a few trees to make my yard more colorful and interesting and also provide some pollinator plants for butterflies and hummingbirds. Working with Ally was like working with an old friend. She has a depth of knowledge of plant colors, habits, and environmental suitability. She listened carefully to what I was envisioning and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Will, Nelson, and Carlos spent the day installing the plants and applying fresh mulch to the existing beds and the new ones. They made sure that I approved the placement of the plants before they actually put them in the ground which I greatly appreciated. They were professional and considerate of my property and even told me that there was a hornets nest by the air conditioner! Fortunately, no one got stung. “Cross Creek Nursery is the best. I requested they come out and design a way to give me privacy without a fence. Bradley was the designer and did not disappoint. I had a patio installation in progress and was experiencing problems with the work. Bradley made recommendations on the patio installation that would solve my problem.

So, after some back and forth with the other contractor, I called Bradley back with a request to complete those recommendations. I hired them to do two projects, install privacy trees and complete my patio project. They built two retaining walls and landscaped around the area. They did a phenomenal job and it’s beautiful.

The team that installed the trees were beyond courteous and professional. The project manager, Austin, went beyond my expectations ensuring we were happy with the project, kept us informed the entire time, shared his knowledge on how to maintain this investment and more. They even made sure the yard looked great after they left. This entire crew was great. Each of them were conscientious about the work they were performing. It was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. I appreciate the work and efforts of all involved.

P.S. I shouldn’t forget Helen in the back office. She was so pleasant and helpful.

“5 stars does not come close to our recent experience. Cross Creek has assisted us with lawn care, and landscaping for many years. Thursday afternoon we called with a urgent need after a major hicupp we encountered during an asphalt driveway replacement. When the driveway was removed we discovered the source of sink holes and wet asphalt despite dry weather. Several underground corregated drainage tubes were leaking. Helen, Devin, and Andrew went into action like superheros. Andrew put a plan in place to tackle 5 underground drainlines. He assembled a crew of 3 to get the job done over the weekend. We are incredilbly thankful for the exceptional service, and quality work we received. Pictures will not be beautiful to most, but living at the bottom of a hill, and having water diverted away from our home is a beautiful picture to us! The whole team derserves 100 stars!”
