Cross Creek Cares
Our Core Values
At Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping community involvement and exceptional service go hand in hand. Our commitment to the people we serve and the values we uphold are reflected in our guiding principles, which we call our E.L.F. values. These core beliefs shape everything we do—from growing plants locally to building lasting relationships with customers, employees, and neighbors.

Customers and Employees Experience Goes Hand in Hand
We strive to provide every customer and employee with an overwhelmingly positive and memorable experience. This commitment is fueled by the passion, knowledge, and work ethic of our team, as well as the care and effort we put into our nursery grounds and every off-site project.

Locally Owned, Operated, and Grown
What sets us apart is our strong local connection. We grow the majority of our plants right here in Central Virginia, and we actively support the community through events, school partnerships, and charitable efforts. We aim to exceed expectations by investing deeply in the place we call home.

A Company Created & Operated By Family, To Serve Families
Our Cross Creek family is not solely bound by blood relation, but instead is from the tight-knit community our employees have formed. It is this bond that makes us who we are today. Because of that bond, we are able to welcome local families to our nurseries, showcasing our family and welcoming them into it by doing so.
Community Involvement
At Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping, supporting our local community is at the core of who we are. Through charitable in-kind giving, volunteer work, and partnerships, we proudly support many schools, churches, and local charities throughout Central Virginia. Community involvement is central to our values, and we are always happy to lend a hand to our neighbors in the Greater Richmond area.
