I am writing to tell you what an excellent employer you have in Wendell Welder. She not only impressed my husband and I, but also the board to which all landscape designs must be submitted to in my neighborhood, ( and they have seen many I am sure! ) Her design package was so thorough, professional, yet personal to my requests, that anyone who has seen it has also been impressed. The entire package I received from her with the colored drawings, design objectives, reasons to choose your nursery, as well as the terms and conditions was better than any proposal I, or anyone else has ever seen. Her attention to detail in the design on paper, equaled the attention she gave to me when we first met at my home. It was an extremely hot, summer day, and she took her time to listen to me, and give me ideas to help me determine what I wanted for my landscaping, without ever making me feel like I was "just another customer". She genuinely loves her job and it shows! She is to be commended for her talent, communication skills, and her enthusiasm. It was a real pleasure doing business with her, and I look forward to more of the same in the future as we continue to work with your nursery.- Midlothian 08/10

My wife and I live in the sub-division of Summerford in Chesterfield County. This past spring, we embarked on a major backyard project - an in- ground pool, outdoor kitchen, waterfall/pond, a pergola , over 2500 sq. ft. of hardscape and a complete landscaping makeover. After getting bids and interviewing 3 landscape design/build companies , we selected Crosscreek based on their design, price and experience. The project started in July and was recently completed close to schedule. They did a fantastic job !! Every element of this large and complex project was done in a highly professional manner. They exceeded our every expectation. Because of their performance, I've contracted with them to perform all the landscaping at my home including mowing, mulching, planting of spring and fall flowers and plants, pruning, etc. Midlothian 11/10 (Reference letter to a potential client)
